Patty Bumgarner brings a strong blend of legal experience, advocacy, and community service to her work with clients. She holds a master’s degree in accounting, a paralegal certificate, and has spent two years serving as a Legal Aid paralegal, where she supported individuals and families navigating complex legal challenges. Patty is also a committed CASA advocate and a previous board member with Safe Passage, roles that reflect her dedication to supporting vulnerable members of the community and ensuring their voices are heard. Beyond her legal and volunteer work, Patty is a published author of both a children’s book and a poetry collection. She is a devoted wife and homeschooling mother of two, bringing empathy, patience, and real-world understanding to every client interaction. Patty is currently preparing to pursue her law degree at the University of Hawaii, with the goal of expanding her ability to advocate for clients and deliver thoughtful, compassionate legal support.
